The real estate industry is so enticing because of the freedom we all have. Most agents join because of the income potential, and effectively, there is no ceiling to the amount of wealth one can make.

This is the carrot, but the irony is that there is no retirement plan, there is no 401k, and most agents have no back up plan if they get sick, or worse, become disabled and cannot work.

This is what the founder set out to fix with the current industry, and the answers are all found in the overhead… or the lack thereof.
