The key to converting web leads is by building a relationship. The videos on your channel will create relationships, and the end goal of this content is to get people to feel comfortable enough to just reach out to you.

Many agents force registration.

This is a fundamentally bad idea. Nobody likes to be forced into anything. I tried for over 10 years to force registration and got very little traction with web buyers.

Now that I began creating video, I have chosen not to force registration, and guess what! I get registrants all the time, and they are happy to reach out to me.
